The Architect/Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by the project team. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural designs and plans.

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.

• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Revise drawings and plans based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Architect/Draughtsman or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
