Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating working and construction drawings, collaborating across teams, and assisting in the concept development process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working and Construction Drawings:

Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings, ensuring they align with design requirements, codes, and regulations.

2. Vendor Management and Procurement:

Assist in the procurement process, managing relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials, and coordinating project needs.

3. Concept Development:

Collaborate with the design team during the initial concept phase and work towards finalizing design plans that meet client expectations and project specifications.

4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including admin staff, senior architects, designers, vendors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

5. Site Visits (If Required):

Attend site visits as needed to monitor project progress, resolve any drawing-related queries, and ensure the accuracy of design implementation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
