Area Manager cum Operations Manager – F&B (Cloud Kitchen & QSR) :


The Area Manager cum Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operations of multiple brands and outlets across cloud kitchens and QSR formats. This role demands strong people leadership, cost control, SOP execution, and P&L ownership, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, and profitability.


  • Preferred BackgroundExperience handling 5–15+ outlets / kitchens
  • Exposure to multi-brand cloud kitchen models
  • Prior experience in QSR chains or fast-growing food startups
  • Willingness to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments



  • Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Performance ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of multiple cloud kitchens and QSR outlets in the assigned area
  • Ensure 100% SOP compliance across food production, hygiene, service, and safety standards
  • Drive operational efficiency, speed of service, and order accuracy
  • Monitor outlet-wise sales, wastage, food cost, labour cost, and EBITDA
  • 2. Multi-Brand & Platform ManagementManage multiple food brands operating from single or multiple kitchens
  • Coordinate with Zomato, Swiggy, in-house delivery, and POS systems
  • Ensure menu availability, pricing accuracy, promotions, and smooth launches of new brands/items
  • 3. Team Leadership & People ManagementLead and manage Kitchen Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Outlet Heads
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, rostering, and performance reviews
  • Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and accountability
  • Handle staff issues, escalations, attrition control, and motivation
  • 4. Quality, Hygiene & ComplianceMaintain strict food safety, FSSAI, hygiene, and audit standards
  • Conduct regular quality audits, kitchen inspections, and surprise checks
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all brands
  • 5. Inventory, Cost Control & Vendor ManagementMonitor inventory planning, stock rotation, and wastage control
  • Ensure accurate indent, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Track food cost and initiate corrective actions to stay within targets
  • 6. Business Growth & Expansion SupportSupport new outlet launches, brand rollouts, and kitchen setup
  • Execute operational readiness for new locations and concepts
  • Share insights on menu performance, customer feedback, and operational gaps
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong experience in cloud kitchens, QSR, or multi-unit F&B operations
  • Excellent understanding of unit economics, P&L, and cost controls
  • Hands-on leader with ability to work on ground and manage pressure
  • Strong knowledge of aggregator platforms & delivery operations
  • Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-friendly (POS, inventory systems, dashboards, Excel)
