drive sales operations, ensuring consistent business growth.

Role - Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and field executives.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

 Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the NBFC and home loan segment.

 Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key

stakeholders.

 Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal departments.

 Track market developments, competitor activities, and suggest growth strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

 5–10 years of sales experience in NBFC, housing finance, or banking sector.

 Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

 Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
