Job Description

Experience: 3–12 years in FMCG Sales (kitchen cleaners, dishwash, and floor cleaners) (mandatory)

Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods

CTC: Best in industry + attractive incentives + travel allowances (commensurate with experience and past performance)


---Job Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales targets for kitchen cleaners, dishwash, and floor cleaners across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and alternate channels. Previous experience is must.

- Appoint and manage distributors/stockists/super-stockists in assigned territory.

- Execute trade schemes, promotions, visibility drives, and in-store activations to increase market share.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new launches; provide timely market feedback.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume and value targets consistently.

- Ensure healthy ROI for distributors and strong collection management.

- Expand distribution network in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.


Desired Candidate Profile:

--Strong Preference: Candidates who have worked in small and medium-scale companies (SMEs/startups/emerging brands) and have successfully helped grow their B2B sales (e.g., distributor networks, wholesale channels, institutional sales, or retailer partnerships).

- Proven track record in FMCG sales, preferably in Home Care / Household Cleaning / Detergents / Dishwash / Floor Cleaners

- Strong expertise in distributor management, channel sales, secondary sales, beat planning, and retail execution.

- Demonstrated achievements like consistent target achievement, market share growth, or successful new territory development.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and team management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
