About the role: 

A an Assistant Branch Head, you will support the Branch Head in managing branch operations and business performance. You will oversee day-to-day activities, assist in achieving branch targets, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. This role is critical in helping the branch deliver both business results and an excellent customer experience. 

What You will do: 

• Support the Branch Head in managing branch operations and achieving business targets 
• Assist in driving sales, deposits, and liability growth across the branch 
• Supervise and mentor branch staff, providing guidance to enhance performance 
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards 
• Monitor collections, customer service quality, and operational efficiency 
• Analyze branch performance metrics and support strategies for improvement 
• Collaborate with regional/zonal management and other internal teams to align branch initiatives with organizational goals
