Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Reverse Logistics to manage and optimize B2C reverse logistics operations. The role involves close coordination with 3PL partners, monitoring pickups, ensuring timely movement of returned assets, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reverse logistics operations for B2C movements

• Coordinate closely with 3PL partners and courier companies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

• Monitor daily pickup performance and resolve operational issues

• Track shipments and ensure proper closure in systems

• Analyze operational data and prepare reports using Advanced Excel

• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce turnaround time

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Coordinate with internal teams including call centers, warehouse, and field teams

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics operations

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in B2C reverse logistics

• Experience in managing 3PL logistics partners

• Strong operational and coordination skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude

• Self-driven and proactive approach

Preferred Experience

• Experience in device recovery / reverse logistics / asset recovery operations

• Experience handling multiple courier partners

• Experience in pickup planning and performance tracking
