Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Closing & Reporting

We are looking for a finance professional for a role in the Corporate Finance Function. This role is for the Closing and Reporting of Legal Entities for one of the Regions in Genpact.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly Closing and reporting.

  • Accrual validation, booking manual JE’s including reversals, Operating and Finance lease accounting.

  • Coordination with onshore team.

  • Statutory and Internal Audits.

  • US GAAP and Local GAAP financials and reporting.

  • Preparing audit schedules and handling audit queries.

  • Perform SOX Controls related to the process.

  • Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss variance Analysis etc.

  • Handling FP&A queries, wherever required .

  • Handling management queries.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Chartered accountant with relevant years of experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.

  • Strong accounting knowledge.

  • Well versed in general accounting and closing and reporting.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Should be flexible to work extended hours as per business needs.

Preferred qualifications

  • Oracle and HFM knowledge.

  • Experience of handling legal entities independently.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
