Job OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Assistant Manager – People Operations (HR) for a fast-growing FMCG startup. This role is 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, execution-driven environment and can manage aggressive hiring requirements

• Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (80%)End-to-end hiring for Offline Sales roles:
• 
  
• General Trade (GT)
• Modern Trade (MT)
• Field Sales, ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for FMCG sales teams
• Source candidates through:
• 
  
• Job portals
• Field hiring
• Employee referrals
• Vendor coordination
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure quick closures, low TAT, and high offer-to-joining ratio
• Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards
• Strong follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
• HR Operations (20%)Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Manage documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates
• Assist with attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day employee HR queries

• 3–4 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG (GT / MT)
• Proven experience in bulk & lateral hiring for field sales roles
• Startup experience is mandatory
• Strong end-to-end recruitment exposure (sourcing to onboarding)
• Ability to manage aggressive hiring targets and fast closures
• Basic exposure to HR Operations
