Job Description
Assistant Manager – Sales Support & Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless servicing of insurance requirements of client.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and backend support to the sales/business development.
• Ownership role for handling client’s day-to-day queries and their insurance-related requirements.
• Present quote comparison to client for their evaluation and decision-making.
• Liaise with insurance companies for policy servicing, including endorsements and amendments.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Drive and deliver value-added services (VAS) to clients on a regular basis to enhance engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal processes and requirement.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in insurance broking or insurance companies is mandatory.
• Education qualification / certification from Insurance Institute or University.
• Exposure to corporate client servicing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
