Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads through various marketing and networking activities.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-handling experience
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of local property market in Gurugram
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
