Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Third Party Due-diligence , Counterparty Due-diligence, Secondary research, Corporate Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Enhanced Due-diligence

Qualification
Graduate / Post-graduate / from recognised Universities or Company Secretary with minimum 2 years of experience in mentioned skill setsExperience
Minimum 2 years experience in TPDD from Big 4s, research firms or other boutique firms
