About the Role

As an Associate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions from PolicyBazaar’s wide range of products. This is a high-energy role that combines communication, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to leads, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable insurance solutions.

- Conduct detailed need analysis and explain product features clearly.

- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.

Who Can Apply

- Graduates in any discipline.

- 0–5 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

- Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi and English.

- Proficiency in basic computer operations & CRM tools.

- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented individuals.

Compensation

₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (based on experience & performance).
