Associate Sales Consultants

We are looking for highly confident and excellent communicators for the role of Insurance Sales Executive for premium process — Amex Insurance. This is a high-paying opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound sales calls for insurance products
• Pitch and sell insurance plans to potential customers effectively
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coverage options
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain professionalism and product knowledge in every customer interaction
• Record and update customer data accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Communication: V5 level mandatory — Excellent spoken English required
• Strong convincing ability and confident phone presence
• Should be comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

• Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Salary / CTC:

• Freshers: ₹25,000/month CTC
• Experienced Candidates: ₹28,000/month CTC
