Job Description

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:


1. B2B Sales & Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, and corporate clients.
  • Promote and sell hotel inventory and holiday packages through B2B channels.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with partners.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to close sales and meet revenue targets.

2. Product & Contracting Support

  • Assist in sourcing and contracting hotels, resorts, and local suppliers for domestic and international destinations.
  • Update and maintain product information, rates, and availability on B2B portals or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure special rates, promotions, and group deals.

3. Operations & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end booking process: quotation, confirmation, documentation, and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with hotels, ground handlers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Resolve booking issues, amendments, and cancellations promptly.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Suggest improvements in pricing strategy and product offerings.

5. Customer Service

Provide prompt and professional support to B2B partners via email, phone, and chat.

  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Handle feedback and escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B travel sales, hotel contracting, or holiday package operations.
  • Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotel categories, and package components.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with travel CRMs or booking systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
