We’re looking for a B2B Sales - Key Account Manager to manage and grow our B2B ground accounts.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution
• Drive account retention and revenue growth
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
