Job Description

The Service Center Backend Operations and Field Technician Coordinator is the central point of contact for managing and streamlining service requests, ensuring efficient coordination between customers, the backend system, and the Field Technician team. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with CRM and email systems, and the ability to manage logistical challenges to ensure timely and effective service delivery.


Work Order Scheduling: Efficiently receive and assign service requests/tickets to the appropriate Field Technicians based on location, expertise, and availability.

Logistics Management: Monitor technician routes and schedules to optimize travel time and response rates. Provide real-time support and updates to technicians while they are in the field.

Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure technicians have the necessary parts and tools for their assigned jobs.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and confirm work completion status with the technicians.
