Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and resolve teacher queries related to our platform.

2. Guide educators on effectively using the dashboard/admin panel to manage their content and resources.

3. Provide basic troubleshooting support for operational issues.

4. Maintain and update operational data using Microsoft Excel.

5. Ensure timely and clear communication with clients to address their concerns and requirements.

6. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve queries.
