At Blossom Stayz Pvt Ltd., we’re looking to create a team of sales executives who are competitive and efficient to promote our business. 

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

·      Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

·      Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·      Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

·      Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

·      Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

·      Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·      Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

·      Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

·      Analyse sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualification Requirement:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·      Experience: 0-3 years. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role will be preferred.

·      Proficiency in English.

·      Knowledge of MS Office and CRM Software is a plus.

·      Good Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational and Time Management Skills.
