Job Description

Job Title: Office Admin / Back Office Executive / Computer Operator

Company: Recruitment & Manpower Consultancy (Domestic & International Hiring)

Job Location: Sector 65, Gurugram

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin / Back Office Executive / Computer Operator to support our recruitment operations. The candidate will assist in managing candidate data, documentation, communication, and administrative tasks related to domestic and international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update candidate databases, records, and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle back-office operations related to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with candidates through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist in preparing candidate profiles, documentation, and application forms.
  • Manage data entry, Excel sheets, and recruitment reports.
  • Support the team in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Handle office documentation, emails, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain proper records of passports, documents, and candidate files.
  • Assist in social media or online posting of job vacancies if required.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling, Internet usage).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to organize and maintain data accurately.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI tools or AI applications (such as ChatGPT or similar tools) will be an added advantage.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience required (Freshers need not apply).
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Special Advantage:

Candidates who are familiar with AI applications and digital tools to improve productivity will be given priority during the selection process.
