Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and mixes as per recipes
• Follow SOPs strictly
• Portion, bake, and finish products
• Pack orders neatly and accurately
• Label and organize dispatch orders
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage basic inventory and stock
• Assist in prep work (measuring, cleaning, stocking)
• Ensure product quality and consistency
• Report errors or issues in batches
