Bakery Chef

About the RolePure Cake Co. is looking for an experienced Cake Chef who can consistently deliver high-quality cakes and desserts. This role involves daily production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting custom and designer cake requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes (fresh cream, chocolate, designer cakes, etc.)
• Ensure all products are freshly made and maintain consistent quality
• Execute custom cake orders as per design and theme
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards
• Manage daily prep, basic inventory, and ingredient handling
• Coordinate with team for timely order fulfillment
• Assist in improving recipes and introducing new cake ideas

Requirements

• Prior experience in a bakery or cake production role
• Good knowledge of cake baking, icing, and decoration techniques
• Ability to handle custom and themed cakes
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
