Job Description:-

Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads from them

Prospecting & Meeting walk in customers of the Bank and generating business from them.

Increasing bank employees awareness about Health Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.

Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend Health insurance products to bank customers

Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters

Ensure high level of Persistency & excellent Services to the customers

Sales Activities (Quick Need Analysis, Branch Activation, RnR etc.)

Prospecting & Meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting time to time trainings for Bank branches.

Required Experience : ATLEAST 1 Year in Insurance Sector or in any sales job
