Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Processing / Banking Executive to handle loan-related work such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan & LAP.
- Handle customer loan inquiries and follow-ups
- Collect and verify customer documents
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs
- Assist customers throughout the loan process
- Achieve monthly loan targets
- Maintain proper customer records
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of loans & banking (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Banking / Loan experience is a plus
