Barista

Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on creating a welcoming café experience, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistency in product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages

Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods

Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas

Restock supplies and assist with inventory management

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service (preferred but not required)

Basic math and cash-handling skills

Strong communication and customer service skills
