Job Description
- BBA Internship – Job ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across departments.
- Support data entry, reporting, and documentation work.
- Conduct basic market or competitor research under supervision.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups with team members.
- Maintain records and organize files (digital or physical).
- Participate in team meetings and take meeting notes.
- Marketing (if applicable):Support in executing marketing campaigns (digital or offline).
- Assist with social media content planning and scheduling.
- Perform basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Help maintain CRM or email marketing tools.
- Human Resources (if applicable):Assist in sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain HR records and databases.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for new interns or employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Finance (if applicable):Assist in basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting or expense tracking processes.
- Help prepare Excel reports and maintain financial documents.
- Operations (if applicable):Help streamline process documentation.
- Monitor inventory or resource usage, if relevant.
- Track project timelines and assist in coordination.
