Job Description: Billing Executive - Convenience Store

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer purchases and payments through the POS system
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied
• Maintain and update customer billing records
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely
• Assist customers with queries regarding products, billing, and store policies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing area
• Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Strong numerical and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
