Job Description
- Invoice management: Prepare and generate sales invoices for beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Billing processing: Process e-invoicing and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Payment collection: Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments from clients.
- Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales and billing transactions, updating client accounts as needed.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and payments.
- Process improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of billing procedures and systems.
