Job SummaryWe are looking for a Billing & Measurement Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge in preparing MB Sheets, RA Bills, and Final Bills and handling measurement-related documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and maintenance of Measurement Book (MB) Sheets for interior fit-out works.
• Preparation of Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills as per contract and execution.
• Taking site measurements and verifying quantities as per drawings and BOQs.
• Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and accounts team for billing approvals.
• Ensure billing accuracy as per BOQs, drawings, and contract terms.
• Maintain proper billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in reconciliation, bill certification, and closure of projects.
• Required Skills & KnowledgeHands-on experience in interior fit-out projects only.
• Strong knowledge of MB Sheets, RA Bills, and Final Billing procedures.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing documentation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Billing / Measurement Executive.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Preferred CandidateImmediate joiner preferred.
• Willing to work across Delhi (Mayapuri) & Gurugram (Phase IV) locations.
