Process Details
Domestic Hotel & Travel Support – Handling booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations & customer complaints across a large hotel network.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for hotel bookings
- Manage booking confirmations, changes & cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints & service issues
- Coordinate with hotel partners for booking discrepancies
- Manage emails & backend documentation
- Handle escalations (for Sr. CSE role)
- Ensure SLA & customer satisfaction
- Shift & Working Days Rotational Shift (6:00 AM – 12:00 AM coverage)
- 6 Days Working
Salary
Up to 2.5 LPA (Based on experience)
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years in Domestic BPO / Customer Support
- Travel / Hotel process experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication can apply
- Skills RequiredGood English & Hindi communication (70/30 mix)
- Strong customer handling & objection management
- Basic computer & email skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
