Job Title : Sales Executive
Experience: 6month-2yrs
Salary : 20k-26k CTC
Location : Sector 66, Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Call and connect with agricultural input shop owners.
* Explain the benefits of AGRIM’s B2B platform and onboard new users.
* Assist shop owners in uploading necessary documents (GST, PAN, shop photo)
for account activation.
* Guide customers through the order placement process.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Minimum 12th pass; bachelor's degree preferred.
* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel
* Soft Skills: Strong communication in Hindi, Convincing Skills, and negotiation
skills.
