Role Overview:

As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder to drive momentum across sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll wear multiple hats — from pitching to partners, drafting campaigns, managing leads, tracking metrics, to supporting strategic decisions. Think of yourself as the glue that helps the business scale without chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the founder in driving daily execution across departments
• Manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines
• Coordinate and execute basic marketing campaigns (email, social, etc.)
• Help with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM tools and basic reporting dashboards
• Support ops: vendor coordination, internal comms, and scheduling
• Be proactive in identifying gaps and proposing better ways to do things

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication (written + verbal)
• Hustle mindset with structured thinking
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Excel, ChatGPT
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & sales funnels
• High ownership, low ego
• Prior startup experience is a big plus but not mandatory
