Business Development Associate

For BDA / Freshers :

● Good communication skills & fluent spoken English.

● Confident and presentable personality.

● Basic reasoning skills; able to hold a conversation

.● Willingness to learn and take feedback.

● Good energy and positive attitude.

● Stability is important (no frequent switches / clear intent to work).

7-8.4 LPA i.e 58,000-70,000 per month CTC gross

For Senior BDA :

● Good communication skills & fluent spoken English.

● Confident and smart personality.

● Strong reasoning skills; able to hold meaningful conversations.

● Minimum 1 year of EdTech / B2C sales experience is mandatory.

● Target-driven mindset with clear sales exposure.

● Good energy and ownership attitude.

● Stability is important (consistent work history preferred).

8.5-11 LPA i.e 71000-92000 per month CTC gross

Preliminary knowledge of LSQ

10am-7pm 6 days a week.

Openings are in Bangalore Electronic city Phase 1 and Gurgaon Sector 30.

You may chose one of these two locations.

Work from office only. No wfh.
