To fuel our growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can engage potential clients and drive them through our sales funnel. πŸ’Ό Role Overview:We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can:


βœ… Prospect and Qualify Leads – Use outbound strategies to identify potential clients and qualify them through initial calls and emails.

βœ… Drive Engagement – Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our platform.

βœ… Book Meetings for Account Executives – Pass highly qualified leads to our Account Executives to close the deal.

βœ… Build Relationships – Cultivate strong relationships with leads, becoming the first point of contact for potential clients.

βœ… Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams – Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.


πŸ›  Responsibilities:🎯 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential leads in our target market (retail traders, financial institutions, etc.).
  • Initiate outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to spark interest and engage prospects.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.


πŸ“ˆ Sales Engagement & Outreach

  • Execute cold-calling campaigns to start the conversation and build rapport with prospects.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline by following up on leads and leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track all interactions and stay on top of outreach activities.

⚑ Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline success.
  • Stay up-to-date on stock market trends, products, and services offered by Returns to deliver value.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously refine your sales skills and improve performance.

βœ… Previous Experience in Sales/Outreach – Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
