As a next-gen advisory + broking platform, we bring SEBI-registered research, F&O strategies, and pro-level trading tools to everyday traders.
To fuel our growth, weβre looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can engage potential clients and drive them through our sales funnel. If you have a passion for the stock markets, enjoy prospecting, and are driven to bring in high-value clients, we want you on our team!
πΌ Role Overview:Weβre looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can:
β Prospect and Qualify Leads β Use outbound strategies to identify potential clients and qualify them through initial calls and emails.
β Drive Engagement β Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our platform.
β Book Meetings for Account Executives β Pass highly qualified leads to our Account Executives to close the deal.
β Build Relationships β Cultivate strong relationships with leads, becoming the first point of contact for potential clients.
β Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams β Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
π Responsibilities:π― Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential leads in our target market (retail traders, financial institutions, etc.).
- Initiate outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to spark interest and engage prospects.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
π Sales Engagement & Outreach
- Execute cold-calling campaigns to start the conversation and build rapport with prospects.
- Maintain a steady pipeline by following up on leads and leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Leverage CRM tools to track all interactions and stay on top of outreach activities.
β‘ Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline success.
- Stay up-to-date on stock market trends, products, and services offered by Returns to deliver value.
- Attend training sessions to continuously refine your sales skills and improve performance.

β Finance Enthusiast β You understand the basics of trading, stocks, and F&O, and are eager to learn more.
β Self-Starter & Proactive β Youβre driven, proactive, and can work independently to hit sales targets.
β Communicator β You have excellent communication skills and can build rapport over the phone, via email, and on social media.
β Tech-Savvy β Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales technology.
β Persistent & Goal-Oriented β Youβre resilient, with a positive attitude and a passion for closing deals.
β Previous Experience in Sales/Outreach β Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
