Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Generate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, references, and outbound sales activities
  • Pitch products/services to potential clients and conduct meetings or presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Handle client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Key Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in sales / business development
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with field sales (if required)
