Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Generate leads via platforms like LinkedIn, references, and outbound sales activities
- Pitch products/services to potential clients and conduct meetings or presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Key Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in sales / business development
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales (if required)
