Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and online channels

- Identify, connect, and follow up with prospective buyers and investors

- Arrange and conduct site visits and presentations

- Maintain and grow relationships with clients and channel partners

- Track market trends and competitor activities

- Coordinate with internal teams for closures and documentation

- Maintain client database and CRM Records
