Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to support business growth by generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales across Gurgaon. This is a field-intensive role with office coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Visit prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce Enlog’s solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Address client queries and coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures.
  • Update daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Coordination & SupportCoordinate between field activities and office teams for documentation and follow-ups.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
  • Eligibility & Requirements0–3 years of experience in field sales / business development / direct sales.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Comfortable with travel and client meetings.
  • Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Candidate TraitsExperience in B2B or B2C field sales
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
