Job Description

500+ educators already pay us. A Hundred Thousand more are searching for exactly what we've built. They just haven't met us yet. That's where you come in.

Selling TechHand isn't hard-selling. It's showing an educator that they can have their own branded app, website, and full tech stack - live the same day - at a fraction of what they think it costs. Most demos end with "why didn't I find this sooner?" Your job is to make sure they find us sooner.

We're not hiring someone to read a script on calls. We're hiring someone who can find the right educators, get them on a call, show them what TechHand can do, and close the deal.


What you'll actually do

  • Find and reach out to educators, coaching centres, and institute owners through calls, messages, and online research
  • Qualify leads and schedule Google Meet demos with interested prospects
  • Run product demos that make educators genuinely excited (because the product is genuinely exciting)
  • Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline - from first touch to close
  • Understand each educator's specific needs and position TechHand as their obvious answer
  • Identify educators who are already using tech platforms but aren't getting the experience they deserve - and show them what's possible with TechHand
  • Hit revenue targets - not activity targets, actual revenue
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data clean and up to date
  • Share ground-level feedback with product and marketing to sharpen our positioning


You're a fit if

  • You've done any kind of sales or business development - and you enjoyed it
  • You love talking to people, understanding their problems, and connecting dots to a solution
  • You can run a demo that feels like a conversation, not a presentation
  • You're comfortable with cold outreach - calls, emails, LinkedIn, whatever it takes to get the meeting
  • You have 1–6 years in sales, lead generation, or business development - bonus if you've worked in SaaS or EdTech
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
