Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage seals trading from inquiry to delivery
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable seals
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and price comparisons
• Negotiate rates and place purchase orders
• Ensure timely supply of materials from vendors
• Share quotations and close customer orders
• Maintain stock of fast-moving seals and report shortages
• Record inward/outward seals and generate GRNs
• Assist billing and dispatch processes
• Build strong supplier and customer relationships
• Log daily inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups

Required Skills

• Experience minimum 1 year in seals, industrial trading, or store/purchase
• Familiarity with O-rings, oil seals, hydraulic/pneumatic seals
• Strong communication for customer/vendor coordination
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP, email)
• Responsible, confident, and eager to learn trading systems
