We assist individuals, investors, and legal heirs in navigating complex legal and regulatory procedures with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our legal advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, client-handling skills, and the ability to explain complex legal processes in a clear and persuasive manner. This role requires proactive lead generation, client conversion, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for share recovery, IEPF claims, and physical share transfer services
Explain legal processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, intermediaries, and referral partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and negotiations
Coordinate with legal, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM systems
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
Handle client objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and sell legal and financial advisory services
Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up skills
Basic understanding of capital markets, shares, and investor services (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in legal services, financial services, IEPF consultancy, or investment advisory
Prior experience in handling high-value clients or legal advisory sales will be an advantage
