About the Role


We are looking for experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by effectively handling Inbound/ Outbound leads, nurturing them, and converting them into clients. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales function.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Management

  • Manage and prioritize inbound leads from multiple channels.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Engage with prospects, address queries, and provide relevant information throughout the sales cycle.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of myHQ’s offerings and solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to clearly communicate product value to prospects.

Sales Process & Client Management

  • Use a consultative selling approach to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Support leads through the decision-making process and onboarding journey.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve products and sales processes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze data to improve lead nurturing and conversion effectiveness.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve lead management strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Management / Lead Conversion
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset
  • Experience working with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Humble, hardworking, and eager to make an impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (preferred)
