Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven B2B BD Executive to join our CPaaS team. In this role, you’ll help shape our lead-generation strategy and then own the full sales cycle—from engaging inbound leads to running demos, and closing deals. If you love technology, communication platforms, and fast-paced growth, this role is for you.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute lead-generation ideas.
• Maintain, track, and optimize the lead pipeline using CRM tools.
• Handle incoming inquiries—qualifying, calling, and converting them into opportunities.
• Conduct product demos (online or onsite) to showcase platform capabilities.
• Drive consistent follow-ups, nurturing prospects until closure.
• Work closely with development & operations teams to deliver client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs.

🎯 What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS (freshers with excellent communication are also welcome).
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and structured tracking.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate benefits to customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, energetic personality.
