Job Title: Business Development Executive

Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)

looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to
join our team and help us expand our reach in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead
generation, and networking.
Managing end to end of the sales life cycle from prospecting to
closure
Continuously sourcing the repeat business from the existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and
quarterly targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress
reports.
Adhere to the process guidelines and flows without any miss
Achieve individual and team KPIs and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Female candidate preferred
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client
acquisition (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM) in a work from office setting
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage.
What We Offer:
Fixed salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview
performance).
