Job Title: Business Development Executive

Work Mode: Work from Office

Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)

looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to

join our team and help us expand our reach in the global market.


Key Responsibilities:

 Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead

generation, and networking.

 Managing end to end of the sales life cycle from prospecting to

closure

 Continuously sourcing the repeat business from the existing clients

 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

 Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.

 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and

quarterly targets.

 Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.

 Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress

reports.

 Adhere to the process guidelines and flows without any miss

 Achieve individual and team KPIs and contribute to overall company growth.


Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

 Female candidate preferred

 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client

acquisition (Freshers are welcome to apply).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM) in a work from office setting

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage.


What We Offer:

 Fixed salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview

performance).
