Job Description
- Key Responsibilities🔹 Lead Generation & SalesIdentify and generate new corporate leads (HR, Admin, Procurement, CXO level)
- Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting
- Fix meetings (physical & virtual)
- Build a strong corporate database
- 🔹 Business DevelopmentPitch corporate offsite, conferences, and travel services
- Convert leads into confirmed business
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- 🔹 Client HandlingUnderstand client requirements
- Coordinate with operations team for proposal creation
- Present costing & event concepts to clients
- Negotiate and close deals profitably
- 🔹 Revenue GrowthUpsell additional services (transport, gala setup, branding, activities)
- Focus on high-margin deals
- Track conversion ratio & sales funnel
- Required SkillsStrong communication & presentation skills
- Confident in cold calling & corporate pitching
- Target-driven mindset
- Negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MICE / Travel industry preferred
- Comfortable using CRM / Excel
- Experience Required1–4 years in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE preferred
- QualificationGraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
