Job Description

Role Purpose

Business Development in 2050 Healthcare is responsible for business and revenue growth in his/her region. They coordinate with sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

 

Key Deliverables of the Role

 

Communication skills:

-        Communicate with clients of all Healthcare Facilities, Doctors, Clinics, Nursing Homes, diagnostic centres to meet the revenue point for Rehab Care.

 

Organizational skills: 

-        Generate good numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines.

-        Maintain and organized the many parts of the job and keep client proposals and other tasks on track for Rehab Care business.

 

Time-management skills: 

-        Prioritize the time to generate good numbers of leads to enhance the revenue for Rehab care business.

-        Manage the meeting dates and scheduled accordingly to close good numbers of leads.

 

Market analysis:

-        Create target markets, including industry, Govt/Pvt. company, project, company contacts and apply the market strategies to attract clients.

-        Finalize prospective leads in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement to close the leads for Rehab care business growth.

 

Team Management:

-        Prepare and design the sales teams to ensure that requirements are met for the business growth and to generate revenue for the same.

-        Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned to with your sales team.

-        Create a design for sales teams to ensure that requirements are met to achieve the target.

 

Branding & Promotion:

-        Reach the target by 1 to 1 meeting on networking events, sometimes hosted event to achieve targets monthly.

-        Use appropriate Social Media channels to promote the brand of 2050Healthcare facilities (Expectation is 2 posts per week)

 

Budget Management:

-        Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget control.

-        Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

-        Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, service expansion, and operational optimization.

Doctors, Hospitals (Private & Govt), Nursing Homes, Poly Clinics:

·       Collaborate with healthcare facilities to build partnerships, sharing resources, and establishing referral networks.

Pharmacies:

·       Collaborate with pharmacies to establish medication management programs, medication adherence initiatives, and promoting health education.

Ambulances:

·       Collaborate with ambulance services to ensure timely availability to serve for emergency response and efficient patient transportation.

Radiology and Pathology Centres:

·       Collaborate with diagnostic canters to share patient information, access to specialized tests, and ensuring efficient reporting and follow-up.

Corporates, Clubs, Hotels, and Embassies:

·       Collaborate with above to involve and explore healthcare services, wellness programs, and medical consultations to their employees, members, guests, and residents.

Healthcare Consultants, Agencies, NGOs, Skill Development Institutions: 

·       This collaboration can involve knowledge exchange, capacity building programs, and joint initiatives to address healthcare challenges and improve service delivery.


 

 

 

Inter-State Patient Agencies:

·       Collaborating with agencies that cater to patients from different states helps in coordinating healthcare services for patients seeking treatment in a different location.
