Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mind set, and the ability to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, data mining and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred in relevant industry)
- Strong presentation and pitching skills
