Key Responsibilities
Make introductory calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations of our products and services.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales while consistently meeting monthly targets.
Manage client relationships from first contact through ongoing support.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Share insights on market trends to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience using CRM tools.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Relationship Management: Strong ability to establish and nurture long-term business relationships.
Preferred: Female candidates with a valid driver’s licence and access to a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
