📢 Urgent Hiring – Sales Executive and Team Leader(3PL Warehousing)

We are expanding our sales vertical and are urgently hiring experienced professionals from the 3PL warehousing sales domain for the following positions:

🔹 Open Positions & Salary Range

1️⃣ Sales Head

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🕒 Experience: min 2+ years in Real Estate/ Logistic space or warehouse space

🎯 Preferred Background (Highly Desired)

Candidates with prior experience in the following companies will be strongly preferred:

AWL, 20 Cubes, WareIQ, Stockarea, KD Logistics, Mahindra Logistics, TVS Supply Chain, Allcargo, Shiprocket, Aaj Enterprises

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for 3PL warehousing services

Generate new business leads and close enterprise-level deals

Manage and grow key client accounts on a PAN India basis

Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets

Coordinate with operations and solutions teams for seamless onboarding

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing models

✅ Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in 3PL warehousing sales (mandatory)

Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Experience in B2B enterprise sales and contract negotiations

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred for senior roles)
