About Aadir
Aadir is an AI-powered CRM and business automation platform built for Indian SMBs. We're 60% cheaper than GoHighLevel, Zoho, and HubSpot—offering unlimited users and contacts at just ₹3,999/month. We're scaling fast and need someone to drive partnerships and revenue.
The Role
As our BDE, you'll own business development—identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating deals, and building relationships with agencies, resellers, and strategic partners. You'll help us acquire 1,000+ new clients and hit ₹1 crore/month in revenue.
What You'll Do
Identify and pitch partnership opportunities (agencies, website builders, accountants, coaches, consultants)
Negotiate and close partnership agreements (affiliate, white-label, bundled offerings, integrations)
Build and maintain relationships with key partners
Track partnership pipeline, deals, and revenue impact
Collaborate with marketing and sales to support partner success
Represent Aadir at industry events and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For
2+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships
Proven ability to identify and close B2B deals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience with SaaS, CRM, or marketing automation (bonus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with rejection
Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
Bonus Points
Experience with affiliate or referral programs
Network in Indian SMB/agency space
Knowledge of CRM/automation market
Experience with GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar platforms
