Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Pitch apna.co’s hiring solutions to potential employers and HR teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with strong interpersonal abilities.
